We contacted Animal Dentistry & Oral Surgery for a second opinion when we learned our 9-year-old cat Dexter had feline resorptive disease. From our first interaction, we spoke to Kim who was attentive and helpful both over the phone and in person.
This facility is busy but you wouldn’t otherwise know it because they are highly efficient and their follow-up is like nothing we’ve ever experienced. It’s immaculate and very well run. Dr. Buelow and her vet tech were also fantastic. They took time to explain the treatment plan in detail and answer all our questions and then proceed to phone us multiple times with updates during our cat’s surgical procedure. The entire staff at this clinic are so professional and on top of it, we will be bringing all of our furry family to this clinic for their dental needs. If you love your animals and want the absolute best care and a solid piece of mind while they undergo a medical procedure, then this is the place for you.
(The hand-drawn welcome sign in our exam was a nice touch and put us immediately at ease!)
