Trickseigh
I was very, very pleased with my recent experience at Animal Dentistry & Oral Surgery (ADOS). I am a veterinarian and am capable of performing oral surgery but I chose to come to ADOS with my sweet old lady Labrador, Trickseigh, because I wanted to do the absolute best for her.
Trickseigh has more than one health issue and we have had a scare under anesthesia previously. I knew that a board certified veterinary dentist would be able to make the best recommendations and to carry them out in the most time efficient manner possible. Additionally, I knew that there were veterinary cardiologists and ER doctors in the same building that could jump in to help if needed.
From start to finish, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, skill, and kindness of the staff. Kim was diligent in collecting records from Trickseigh’s previous veterinary hospitals. She also was great at reaching out to me before and after the procedure to confirm appointment times and check in to see how Trickseigh was doing after her procedure. Michaela, one of their licensed veterinary technicians, was excellent at keeping me informed the day of Trickseigh’s procedure. I elected to stay onsite during the procedure (although I could have chosen to leave if I had wanted) and they set me up in an unused exam room with WiFi so that I could get some work done. Michaela helped me know what to expect for the day and checked in on me multiple times during the procedure to tell me how things were going and what dental extractions they recommended based on their exam and radiograph findings. At the end of the day, she also helped me to get Trickseigh into the car. Dr. Buelow came in to speak to me after the procedure to review what had been done and to answer any questions. She is a genuinely kind and caring veterinarian!
Again, I can’t say enough positive things about my recent experience at ADOS. They provide a level of compassion and customer service that is unparalleled. I will definitely recommend them to my clients.
